At OceanSleep, we're committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered, in perfect condition. If you receive a wrong product, damaged product, or one with a manufacturing defect, simply contact our Customer Care team at customercare@oceansleep.com or +91-9876543210 within 7 days of delivery.

All products in our catalog, including mattresses, accessories, and custom sizes, are eligible for return or replacement as long as the issue relates to wrong delivery, damage, or a manufacturing defect. There is no trial period.

Once you raise a request through email or call, our team may ask for basic verification such as photos or videos of the issue. During pickup, the delivery team will conduct a quality check. Please keep your original invoice or proof of purchase ready.

We arrange a free doorstep pickup, and the replacement or refund is processed after the quality check. There are no extra fees or hidden charges.

If a refund applies, we return 100% of the amount paid, with no deductions for shipping or payment processing. Refunds are processed within approximately 5 business days.

For customers classified as high-risk buyers and customers who reached the website through Meta Ads, a small non-refundable advance may be required. This amount is fully refunded only if the product delivered is wrong, damaged, or defective.

There are no limits on returns and no additional eligibility rulesif the delivered product is wrong, damaged, or defective — it will be replaced.

Items are non-returnable only when the issue does not fall under these conditions (for example, if a customer wants to return an item with no functional issue).
